Re: Incredibly Cheap Finds
I stopped by Oreillys this morning and found Meguiars Paint Protect on the clearance rack for $1.97
I've always been curious as to how this would work to protect headlights after using McKee's AIO Headlight Restoring Polish.. I cleaned up the headlights on a Toyota Camry 4months ago, and protected them with Megs Headlight Protectant. They're already starting to haze up again... It'll be great if this lasts longer.

You may have better luck coating with a uv resistant clear coat. Youd have to wet sand them first though. Very well worth it if you have hazy headlights.

That's what I'm going to try next time my headlights yellow.
Rattle-can clear, though.

Yeah, I never use those on paint but they're great for interior dressings and products like Leatherique RO.

Purchased a gallon of Griots Brilliant Finish Car Soap at advanced auto for $4 today. I have noticed that the products with yellow price tags near the registers are normally the products on sale. Scored two bottles of Griots One Step Sealant for $2.50 a piece the other week.

I've been buying up those Megs 3" PowerPads too that seem to be on clearance at a few stores. I have been having good results using them with the Rupes Mini on concave/convex surfaces. The more rounded edges seem to cause less drag than the Rupes 100mm pads on those types of surfaces and the keeps the BP spinning a bit better. They seem like they are same exact foam composition as the bigger Megs pads.

Griots One Step is a pretty good product, @ $2.50 a NO BRAINER!
