Too Much Pressure Causing This?

Hi Everyone.

Pretty new to machine polishing. I've got a LC CCS orange pad that I've used a few times (it's been washed/dried 3 times) that has gone all 'concave' on me. It's also got some splitting on the back.

From what I've read, the splitting comes from too much pressure, but does the 'concave' on both sides come from this too?

It also seems the pad has softened considerably. As it stands right now, my white pads feel firmer than this one.

I should also mention that I had no problems until I put the pad in a zip-loc bag in the fridge overnight with product still on it. Maybe the product caused some breakdown in the foam?

Thanks

Re: Too Much Pressure Causing This?

IT probably saturated the pad and made it collapse. Usually if i dont have time or too lazy to wash them. I put a little down in a bucket and let me soak in it.
