| Need help with removal of sealant and wax
Hi,
On my wifes black TL & my dark grey GTI I applied WG's swirl rem, finishing glaze, paint sealant & topped off with Soiveran wax. I would really like to try the Fusion wax after hearing so many good things. I have a bottle of WG Polish Enhancer, is this all I need to remove the old stuff or should I get something else and what pad from Lake Country should I get?
Thanks
Mark

After a wash, use the Polish Enhancer on a finishing pad to remove the old products - it's a pre-wax cleanser and filler that's made specifically for that purpose.

IMO, IPA wipedown (esp on black) is working backwards.
WGPPE will remove any existing wax and prep the surface for proper bonding of your new lsp
only thing I'd add is to clay the car if you are going to take a buffer to it.

Thanks for info. I agree after reading some additional Info.
Wash, clay, WGPE.
Will my GTI (dark grey) shine better with the Fuzion compared to the Souverian? For some reason I was not impressed with the Pinnacle on both cars.

I own about every WG product out there, i gave my 2011 WRX a full detail early january, with all the stuff i bought over xmas.
I'd say WG did a pretty good job, my car is super shiny, and most of all swirl free. I did not even use any swirl remover, so i guess their glaze took care of that for me. But i have only used WG so i dont know how the souverian works.
But the Fuzion is really easy to go on and wiped off.
And that 8oz jar will last u life time lol

Hi Mark,
Carefully and thoroughly applying the Wolfgang Paint Polish Enhancer will not only effectively remove any previously applied waxes or paint sealants, (or any other substance off the surface), and will leave the paint looking clear and shiny, perfectly prepared for the application of Fuzion Wax.
