I wanted to know if I am gonna have to tape off any moldings or emblems when using the German Final Gloss Combo which contains the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant and the Menzerna Final Ploish.
That depends, on what type of car you will be doing it on. About 95% of vehicles I tape off trim. Just to make sure I don't ruin it. With using the PC/UDM/rotary. It is totally up to you.

TAPE! It is eaiser to put on and pull off tape than to explain how you burned a moulding or some trim to the owner, and if it is your own ride you will look at that forever and be pissed off every time....
I agree with the others above, Taping takes some extra time and of course the expense of the tape, but if you don't tape and you screw up the trim or something else your eyes will go to the spot you messed up everytime you walk up to the car and you'll kick yourself for taking a shortcut. Tape it.
