1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Convertible Wetsanding Project

1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Convertible Wetsanding Project

This is an all original car with the factory 283 small block Chevy engine with a two-speed Powerglide!

Wetsanding show cars is my favorite type of project, if though it's a lot of work it's my true passion. So I'm pretty excited to have this project coming up as well as the 1970 Cutlass...

More info to come...

Very cool... one of my all time favorite body styles for a muscle car.

What color is yours and what engine/transmission package?

Re: 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Convertible Wetsanding Project

My buddy Mike just dropped off his 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu here at Autogeek for our advanced detailing class "The art of polishing paint".

The guys attending this class are going to get to learn how to wetsand by hand and machine on this beauty...

The experience of working not just on a car but a classic muscle car is so much more valuable because this is real-world experience. Rental cars and practice hoods are good and I've used these in the past, but this is the real deal baby.

Like they say,

Go big or go home...

If you want to be notified of my next advanced class, shoot me an e-mail and I'll add your name to the list. These classes are different than my Detailing Bootcamp Classes as these classes focus solely on the art of polishing paint in all it's dimensions.

I'll move it into the studio and put the top down and take a few more pictures...
