Opti gloss coat and removing paint xfer

Hi, my car is coated with optimum gloss coat and I have some amount of paint transfer and scratching on the bumper. What is the best process to remove the paint transfer and then re coat the area?

Apologies, here is a pic, I'll try to get a better one in a little, as the flash made it look worse. Opti gloss coat and removing paint xfer-img_1230-jpg

Small area on lower bumper, so not really concerned with it turning out perfect as long as I can remove most if not all of the paint transfer and return the gloss. Looking for the easiest solution if possible.

I find using a compound by hand is the best way. I use the Meg's Ultimate Compound on a micro fiber pad. I can control how much surface paint I am removing. I never seem to have enough patience to do it slow, but that is the best way. I then DA with Ultimate polish and done deal. One thing, plastic gets hot real fast so use caution with DA.
