Thanks so much for this!
The last part about having to wipe down after 106......I couldn't agree more. I believe that I'm having LSP durability problems on paint that I've polished with 106.

hmmmm,ummmm, im a little confused by this MLS deal. how am i suppose to find out how many MLS the flex runs at? thanks.

This would be a great sticky in that it takes a lot of trial and error experience to learn all of this. Even then one doesn't know the "why".

MLS - Mean Linear Speed, refers to the speed at which YOU move the polisher... faster with a rotary, slower with a PC/UDM - probably somewhere in the middle with the flex.
