Nice house and your car looks pretty clean. Not my style, (probably because all the civics around here are driven by %$^%) but you have to appreciate when other people put a lot of effort into a car. What does she run.

Thanks guys.
Runs mid 13's. It's set up more for the mountains roads up here than the track. Dyno'd stock at 101 HP (Don't laugh). Now....216 HP and 212TQ.

Yeah the house is nice.....but....there's that dad-blame payment!

I see an RX-7 too. Sounds like your civic isn't just for show. I can appreciate that. Hate the guys with "fart cannons" and it is SUPER loud when they go like 5 mph and then they are generally slow cars.

LOL!...
The car came mostly the way it looks. I've done all the engine work myself. Built it myself.
I would have never spent the money on the body kit and the other stuff. Imma speed man.
The RX-7 was my brothers. We did a auto to stick converstion. Sold it after for a 5k profit!!!

Well you could always move to Florida, get a zero lot line home, and watch your neighbors change their close thru windows while making a likely bigger payment and paying 10k+ in property taxes plus 5k in hurricane insurance.

This view is beautiful and relaxing !!

Exactly why I left Fl I value my privacy and it's getting harder and harder to find that down there. I've always liked Georgia my parents are casually looking for land there so they can make there exodus from south FL as well. Nice car and the body kit was tastfully done compared to the crap I've seen on the road (included all cars).

I'm originally from FL. Born in Daytona....raised in Leesburg. Sorry guys....I do not miss it. I live on 3 acres and 4200 square foot home. Can only imagine what that would cost down there now. Costs are going way up here to. 4 years ago an acre sold for 15k. Today it's 50k. I would like to come down and visit. Anyone put me up?

I've got an idea: How about the whole ENTIRE forum rent a Greyhound and make a road trip to GA and YOU put us up lol.. Nice friggin' house man.....twice the size of mine----literally! Did you say that was your dads or yours? If it's yours, you don't have time to be on this forum, you need to be out detailing lol.....just kidding. Very nice house and land. Now.......go detail
