Detailed - 1998 Mitsubishi

Detailed my car today Its a 1998 Mitsubishi Carisma (european model)

Started with Meguiars Speed Glaze #80 with orange light cutting pad, then the Nxt Tech Wax with the gray pad, then Pinnacle Carnauba Wax with blue pad, and finished with the Souverän Spray The paint looks like it is new

Looks better then new. By then way, did you let NXT cure for 12 hours before applying wax?

I doubt he did, I dont let wax cure either.


That is an AMAZING wax job you did BTW, silver is hard to get reflections like that and you really did it. Nice job!

Looks great. The silver appears very glossy. What was the thought of using NXT as a base? Not criticizing, just curious.

Thanks for the tips and nice comments! I didnt know that the NXT wax should cure for about 12 hours before the next step But now i know

And why i used the NXT wax? I think it gives a very nice result, quick and easy But maybe some of you could mension a wax that is better than the NXT, but costs about the same? Or did you mean that it isnt necessary with the NXT wax, since i used the Carnauba and the Souverän Spray Help me
