2006 Black Lexus LS 460L

It was a rubbing on black day.

This one received Souveran back in Jan. So I wanted to try the Sig Series II this time.

The wash
I used the foam gun and DP Xtreme Foam Formula Auto Shampoo. This stuff makes suds like you wouldn't believe. You can make the bucket overflow with suds, just by rubbing your hands back and forth in the water.
White shmitt was also used

Tires/rims
I used just about a half ounce of the DP Xtreme foam for them. With a wheel brush. I felt bad wasting all the foam when I was done. Tires were dressed with Pinnacle Black Onyx Gel.

The Interior
Pinnacle Leather Conditioner on all the leather. DP Interior Surface Protectant on dash/door panels/and trim.

The Gameplan
I chose XMT 360 and a edge2k green pad. I love how there is almost nothing to wipe off. The new german menzerna finishing glaze with a edge2k white pad. I didn't notice any filling with this glaze. Just made it very wet looking. Speed 4 was used for this, and left it on to dry a little. Did the next panel, then came back to wipe off. Then came out the Sig Seriers II for the final wow. I applyed it to the whole car, then wiped it off.

The Range Rover I did next

Car looks great! Is that the one that will help in parallel parking?

Wow is right! The reflection shots look like you're using a mirror.
Verrry Nice.

Very nice Ed, the pillar shot and the sun hitting it is wicked. No swirls/scratches left over it and we all now the sun hides nothing. The vehicle looks really nice.

I liked your insight of the Menzerna Glaze too, I haven't used it just yet but I will be soon. I'm all about the wet look and don't really pay much attention to the long lasting protection that a saelent offers...well that's just me though.

Thanks for sharing.

That thing looks immaculate and the paint looks very very very wet! 360 works fast as heck, doesn't it?
