| | Greg is that a true Saleen? If you decide to keep it, have you ever thought of going with the white saleen wheels? Nice job on the mini-detail. Looks great!! Love the pics too.

| | | It's a replica. Authentic replica though, no cheap parts.
I looked into the white last year, but decided it would be just too much. It's still for sale. |

| | | Good luck selling it. You will probably get a lot of spam on craigslist, so your better off using traderonline.com
Looks good for a replica!

| | | beautiful car ... unfortunately its the same issue that most of us face. Modifying the car even with looks, limits its appeal to a certain group and usually has no true value over the original. Thats why on this Vette I did not go crazy. I lost far to much $$ on the last one, that got hit, and wasnt going to suck up a loss on a depreciating item. I feel your pain, and its truly a beautiful car. Whatcha asking , year, description, maybe someone on board can take a peep ??? |

Whatcha asking , year, description, maybe someone on board can take a peep ??? | As it looks visually, this is how I bought it last year. I've added the front grills, clear corner headlights, "SALEEN" rear bumper inserts, black chrome exhaust tips, and saleen fender/deck emblems.
Performance wise I've added the entire SLP line-up: Long Tubes, Catted X-pipe, and Loudmouth II catback. I'm sure your familiar w/ this line Scott since it's based from the Vette's and Camaros I believe.
I also had a cold air intake and custom dyno tunes for 93 and 91 octane w/ a handheld flash tuner. I went ahead and took these off the car and sold individually to gain a little money back.
I'm asking: $13,000 but veryyy flexible since I want to sell this thing sooooon.

| | | SLP == Street Legal Performance
I had a set of these headers on a RamAir T/A ....burned thru every plug wire known to man. Had them taken off and ceramic coated, never had another problem. I bet the owners still remember my name and complaints.
Pricing and options seem reasonable. Nice little weekend toy and pricing suggests quick cash deal. I'll let a couple friends know ... |

| | | Couple years ago friend was running I think SLP's on his C5 Z, got rid of them for a Borla setup. Never heard SLP's on a Stang but on the LS based engines which already aren't as deep sounding as the Stang blocks, gave it a more hollow/ratty sound (was loud as heck, just not smooth sounding). Borla Stingers on the other hand were just as loud if not louder anf sounded wicked.
