Ahhh, first clay & seal complete!

After about 6 hours yesterday and an hour today, I've finally finished detailing the Speed3...PHEW!!!

This Klasse stuff is the bomb! I definitely thing I need a foam gun and QD to wash the car every few weeks or so.

Lemme know what you think!

Pics are huge BTW...the only way to appreciate 'em!

Hmmm, lemme see...

First I washed the wheels & tires with the Wolfgang Tire & Wheel Gel. That stuff smells yummy. After that I went to town with the PB SS&S and a MF mitt. Claying came next; btw, I LOVE my Pinnacle Polishing pal with the plastic clay thingy! I had a Zaino claybar left over so I used that the Pinnacle Clay Lube and Meg's QD. I had to use the Meg's QD on the spots that weren't in the shade. For a 4 month old car, that claybar picked up a metric @r$3ton of crap!

So after that, I'm venturing into new territory. I was previously a Zaino guy, so I break out one of the two 2oz. spray bottles I picked up from that Sally beauty shop that someone mentioned, shook up the AIO bottle and filled the 2oz. spray bottle about 1/3 full. With my new Pinnacle Polishing Pal + white pad, I set about applying AIO all over the place! Hehe. Thank God I used the white pad cuz it picked up even more dirt!

Now on to the Klasse SG. Filled up my 2nd 2oz. spray bottle with this stuff about 1/4 full. With a MF applicator dampened with the Wolfgang Highgloss Spritz Sealant, I sprayed a panel with one shot from the spray bottle, then immediately used the MF applicator to spread it as thin as possible to cover that panel. Right after that, I used a MF towel to wipe it off. Thankfully, I was in the full shade by then. Did all the painted areas on the car with the Klasse SG, applied the Pinnacle Black Onyx tire gel and called it a day.

Today I finished the windows and applied the Wolfgang High Gloss Spritz Sealant with a 70/30 MF towel. That stuff goes on nice and easy!

I might have to worry if I have plans after a detail but then I can just continue the next day.
