Chrome Wheel Restoration

So these wheels belong to my brother he stored them for a year but never cleaned them before storing. The brake dust was really baked on. I had my work cut out

Materials
  1. Eagle One Chrome wheel Cleaner
  2. Wheel brush and other smaller brushes
  3. P21S Polishing Soap

Still need to polish them with Chemical Guys all Metal Polish. Will post once that process is done. I think so far so good.

Left wheel before, Right wheel after

Thanks for looking. Feedback Appreciated

Re: Chrome Wheel Restoration

Nice work....the rims on my truck look worse than yours with more of that white crud on it. What really cleaned those wheels....Eagle One Chrome wheel Cleaner or the P21S Polishing Soap.

It was a combination of both. Sprayed the wheel with the EA cleaner let sit for about 2 mins then agitate with brush. This got rid of all the baked on brake dust and crud then the p21s polishing soap brought back the shine

You're welcome, and thanks for asking about Jack.

She is actually doing so well, I just can't believe that this December she'll be 16 years old. After the last scare she gave me, I have increased her "dosage" of Better than Ears Plus (hip and joint) to 3 ears per day. Her eyes are all but completely hazed over blue with cataracts but she still sees a cat from from 50 yards away and starts barking at it. The older she gets, the more precious she becomes.

That can be a time consuming thing to figure out. Anything new brought into the household or the yard such as cleaners, carpet fresh, dog shampoo, new treats or yard treatments such as weed&feed etc. ? I hope you get to the root of the problem before your dog has to endure much more of the reaction.
