Ok, here's the story......I scoured the site for 5.5" low profile pads last night, then during my first cup this morning. I couldn't find them so I emailed Meghan so they could be added to my order. I read a couple of other emails and she actually replied to my email before I could get up out of my seat to get my 2nd cup------Response time = 3 minutes!! This speaks volumes for her customer service! I've never received that quick of a response from anyone-----ever!! Outstanding

Bro......I'm on vacation.......no excuse for me

You definitely need more sleep......I couldn't function on that every day. I'm still recovering from staying up for 32 hours straight for the Relay for Life last friday/saturday-----almost a week ago! Whew.......that whipped my arse!!!
