Re: 2008 Audi A4 Full Paint Correction. Well Documented. Luxury Mobile Auto Detailing

[QUOTE=LMAutoDetailing;727144]You are correct in that the rotary could have taken out those deep RIDS. We weren't being aggressive enough with the rotary. Instead of being more aggressive with the rotary (which opens the risk of accidentally burning the paint) we chose to try an aggressive DA method to minimize our risk, before attempting to buff @ a higher RPM with the rotary. Thanks though, I understand the reasoning behind the question.

Thanks for the reply. I was just trying to understand your thought process as you were going forward with this detail. You make an excellent point and it is something that I will keep in mind when I work on any vehicle. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Absolutely understandable. I should have clarified that in the write-up. Thanks for the compliments!! I'll be posting more work soon.

Re: 2008 Audi A4 Full Paint Correction. Well Documented. Luxury Mobile Auto Detailing

Very nice work, you did a fantastic job on the car and detailed write up!
I appreciate you detailing your steps and the reasons you went the directions you did. I've never done a pre 2009 Audi but have a neighbor who wants me to clean up his 08 A6. I have done newer Audi's and didn't find the paints to be that hard or difficult. What are your thoughts And experiances on this?

Thanks for an awesome write up and sharing it here!
