Menzerna Polishing Compounds of Germany has set new standards for workability, uniformity, performance, and quality. Why else would Mercedes Benz use Menzerna polishes to perfect the finishes on their brand new vehicles?

2001 Ferrai Maranello 550

This is a 2001 Ferrari Maranello 550 that I did today. The car only has 4000 miles on it and was in excellent shape so no before pics. The car is simply beautiful. It has been modified with carbon fiber racing seats and puts out about 490 HP. What more could you ask for.

I apologize for the pics. I am waiting on a new tripod to get here and I was afraid to take it out of the garage because it started raining. The lighting in the garage was playing havoc with the flash. This is the best I could do.

Process:

Wash with Ultima wash soap and Gilmour Foam Gun
Clay with Megs White Clay
Megs #80 via PC and Sonus Orange Pad at 5-6
NXT via PC and Megs 8006 x 2
Tires dressed with Eagle One Wet
Exterior Trim dressed with Megs NXT Tech Protectorant
Glass cleaned with Megs NXT Glass Cleaner
Wheels Polished with Megs NXT Metal Polish
Interior cleaned with Ultima Interior Cleaning Gel
Leather dressed with Ultima Leather Sealant
Engine dressed with Stoner Trim Shine

My Fav Shot of the Day

The work looks great. Gloss of the paint outstanding. The paint is clear and wet. I'm not a fan of yellow on Ferrari. Maybe in person, yellow might be hot. Yellow is more for trucks IMO. But that's me! Pat your work is always 5 stars. Stoner Trim Shine for the engine, never really thought about that.

Wow!! Looks great! Must be great to work on high-end automobiles! You get a chance to drive them...even though it may be just into the garage or out to the driveway.
