2007 Toyota Camry- PwS

Well it sure has been a busy week for me. I had a Scion on Tues., the bike on Wed, a Toyota Pruis yesterday and a Toyota Camry today. The owner just wanted a wash and wax and an interior wipedown on this car. After the wash I noticed some nice dealer installed rotary holograms along with other light swirls. I washed with Megs NXT and a shmitt. I knew the paint needed more than a coat of wax so out came the PC, LC orange pad and Poorboy's PwS. The LC light cut orange pad left some marring so I followed that up with PwS and a LC white polishing pad with the PC on speed 5. Well... I think the results will speak for themselves

After the wash- not bad only 10,000 miles:

Rotary swirls

Light swirls around the whole car

Afters

Not bad for no heavy polishing!

Hope you approve!

Nice!!! Just what I needed to see too, I've been considering getting some PwS to try out on my silver car. It doesn't have much in the area of swirls but I'm sure there are some minor scratches and swirls here and there that I'd like to get rid of before I seal the thing up.

Again, looks great!

Very nice buddy...dude you got some skills.

I haven't detailed a black color vehicle just yet but from what I've seen and read they are not very forgiving on defects or when you leave swirls or marring. But you got it looking very wet and swirl free.

very nice thank you for sharing.

Thanks guys. I actually didn't know what color the car was going into the detail and with only a wash and wax I was hoping that it wasn't black because it'll show any defects and it wouldn't look as good as other colors. But I think the PwS did a very good job with this vehicle even though I had to go over it again with a polishing pad- I didn't work it in as long as the light cut pad so I probably went around the car the second time in 10-15 minutes. Total detail time was 2.5 hours.
