I've got that same maghine with the I, II, III, IIII on the variable speed dial. Do you know which setting keeps it around 1500 RPM's? Or maybe a better question is what setting did you use? Looks good.

JIM:: I beleive its number 11 for 1500 i have that machine also. and im keep it at that 11

How do you clean up that pad? Can you get the oxidized paint off of the pad or is it a gonner?

Not sure I haven't tried to clean it yet. It's and Edge so if I have to I call always just use it as a one sided pad.
