Well Autogeekers since my recent shipment I been waiting to try the DP 4 in 1 on a small car to try and get the hang of it. This has been my practice car from day one. I try all the new stuff I get on it from time to time. Let me also tell you it aint perfect, because some of the panels are beyond no return because of deep buggy gashes, toolboxes sat on the trunk and so on....... It''s a BEATER !!!
This is a exterior only wash so no inside pics. I started about 1:10pm and finished at 1:45pm with this little spaceship. Started on top then dried each panel and so forth on the way down. Pretty much followed instructions. The weather is about 41*, very cloudy, and Location is my house for the small details...
I give it 4.5 / 5 This stuff is perfect for anyone looking to cut down on water usage. The finish was super slick like everyone
has been saying.
Products used
5 gallon Bucket with Gritguard - 2 Gallons of Hot Water
DP 4 in 1 - 2oz
Schmitt - Body
Long Handle Brush - Wheels, Tires, Wells..
Black Magic Tire Foam - Had to try and get rid of it somehow
Looks way better. Gosh they haven't made those in a long time... Can't recall - I know it is not an SL1, but it is part of the original S series. . . they have non-dentable doors.
Looks a lot better now, considering you can see it got a thrashing. Great work!
My husband would know the model right away - I will have to ask him.

If so, how hard/soft did you find the clearcoat to be?
Thanks,
Lauren
It's cleared because it's gotta bronze metal flake in the black. the clear is pretty deep from the gash's on the bumpers. The clear must be very hard because those swirls and gashes took forever to get out way back when.
I think that's a SL2. The SL1 had the plastic bumpers and the SL2's had the painted ones. That 4n1 did a great job cleaning that car up. It was way dirty!

Tip:
Have some hand to spray into the door jams to presoak. Then do the jams as you do the doors and panels as you go. This way you don't have to go back and do them later!

Its an SC1, SL are sedans SC are coupes. Use to work at a saturn dealership and I remember them saying that the paint is some kind of flexpaint because of the dent resister panels or something. Also it should never be machined wash due to the paint easily scratching.
