Thanks FloridaNative! It must have been that as the ShMITT is way too soft to introduce marring, and so is the Guzzler.

That will teach me to leave the truck so dirty, and not use the two bucket method!

The truck loos great ...great photography skills too !!

Quick question - how do you get those black borders around your images? What software do you use to do that?

I've been looking for an easy way to do that with my pictures.

Gandblah: I use the software that came with my Rebel, it's called ArcSoft PhotoStudio 5.5, it has an option that says "add borders". I think it makes the pics look more professional!

Turbos17: I still have black cars and don't think I'll ever buy another one. At least, that's what I'm saying now!!! But they sure do look good when all done up...

Thanks a lot for replying. I too have a canon camera and I believe that I got a ArcSoft PhotoStudio CD with it...now if I can just find it...

It'll be cool if I can find it - would have never known that I already have a software to do this.

How's the Rebel working out for you? I've been lusting after a Canon S3 IS for a long time now (Rebel's out of my range)...Hopefully I'll bite pretty soon.,..

I think you probably should have it, most people tend to toss the software that came with a camera. It's actually a very decent piece of software, I like it!

The Rebel is awesome, I love it. One of my customers is a big photography fanatic, he's already sent me 10 books on how to use a digital SLR camera and I have two tripods on the way. Definitely a lot to learn!

I looked at the Canon S3 IS as well, but managed to buy the Rebel brand new from Staples with lens for $482. The S3 IS was only a little bit cheaper, so it was a no brainer.

Great news! I just washed my truck again with the ShMITT and the Guzzler. No marring and no swirls!

Why? Because this time I used the two-bucket method, it made all the difference.

I LOVE IT!
