Re: Wolfgang and a '55 Chevy
yeah, that whole car was restored perfectly. It was definitely not a cheap job. The relocated the battery and cleaned up a couple other things in the engine bay to make it look really nice. The whole interior was just outstanding too. Digital dash and outstanding audio and everything. The paint job was just top notch. It was a fine example of what a $15K paint job should look like.
I've told him he needs to get some Crager wheels on it to really complete the look. He bought it from the guy who restored it and has owned it for about 10 years. The wheels were already on it and he has never been a fan. I sent him a photoshop job of what some nice five spoke wheels would look like on it and I think he is going to find some.

Nice work Anthony...
Don't you just love the large, smooth panels of classic cars and lack of any plastic trim...

Yeah, but what it lacks in rubber it makes up for in chrome. lol The final detail takes a little longer because you have to chase down every streak and smear, but man it looks great when it is done right. I love the classics!

Must have been!
I actually like it when they modernize these old classics. I think it is cool that someone went out and created a digital dash for this car. I like they put a fancy stereo in it too so it has most of the creature comforts when you are cruising around town. That front seat is nicer than my couch, I tell ya! I'd love to drag state street in that bad boy. I wasn't even a twinkle in my 6 year old father's eye in 1955, but I absolutely would have loved to be ten years old that year so I could have been fully immersed into the muscle car era. That would have been just awesome to behold...
