Escape clean up
This Escape was a pretty neglected vehicle. I dont think it has ever been hand washed, just run through the auto wash.
It had several scratches all over it, some deeper then others. The bottom portion had a fair amount of tar on it as well.
To get this clean up I washed, clayed, applied Megs d151 and dress the trim.
Products used
Wash~CG citrus W&G
Wheels, tires, wheels~Megs APC+, Megs wheel brightner
Clay~Mothers, clayed while car was still wet
Polish wax~Megs D151 on LC tangerine pad, GG polisher set to 4-5
On with the photos.
Before
Paint condition
Clay~for this car being failry neglected, Im surprised it wasn't worse. This is pretty much just tar.
Megs Wheel brightner is awesome for wheel that have that baked on brown brake dust that has been there forever.
Tire is clean, wheel isnt
Both clean
Scratches, I got all but the RIDS out. Huge improvement
Finished product
Tires and trim were dress with CG G6 hyper coat.
Client told me when they went to work, several people commented on their "new car", so thought they got new wheels and tires. Hopefully some new clients.

Did you use a 6.5-in pad on the entire vehicle?
