Question for you, did you apply lots of presure? Or perhaps just medium presure?

Cool

Nice job Flyinbryan, great results I am surprised there is that much paint left.
I am planning on doing the same when the weather improves, and I have a day off.
  • XMT 3
  • XMT 1
  • XMT Finishing Glaze
  • and topped with AIO ???
I have a 1995 Suburban in good condition 60,000 miles, and parked under a pine tree for 4 years. I have been working on the pine pitch, got most of it off the hood, still some on the sides, the roof is covered with it, what a #####. I used Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion, followed with AIO, after claying about a month ago.
It looks great, had a guy at work thought I had buffed it, told him all I did was use sealer on it, gave me $20 told me to order him the sealer (AIO). Said he has a 2005 and mine looks better than his, after he had paid someone $100 to buff his.
I have an Edge 2000 pad kit I got for Chrismas, plan on using this with a PC 7335.
Washed this thing tonight after work, we had just gotten a we bit of snow on Sunday, it covered with salt. Looks like a new penny, had to work fast the water wanted to freeze up. Any how the roads are all dried up now, it will look great tomorrow. LOL

Ritchie

I am planning on finishing up this project this week........Yea Yea I never finished it.

My plans are as follows.
1. Clay, XMT#3,XMT 360 the rest of the top 1/2 of the truck.
2. I picked up some black trim paint, gonna respray the mirrors, wiper arms and roof rack.
3.im gonna remove the pin stripe and scuff the bottom 1/2 of the truck and respray it
with spray cans. I plan on doing 1 panel @ A time so it comes out decent for spray can job. I chose a little bit darker gray then whats on there now.
4. Will buff out the tail lights & blinkers & clean up the front & rear bumpers.

Stay Tuned.
Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
