Trim Restoration! (Partially)

Ok just to give you a little background on this, here's the last where I got some suggestions on how to fix it.

Its hard to tell (please excuse my camera/skills) but the finish is just what i had hoped for, i am very happy with it. Now the rest of the trim needs to be restored haha. My UTTG should be getting here in the next day or so! Thanks for taking a look! :D Oh, and one question for everyone quick, what should i use to protect it from fading?
