If you think about it though, you don't make that much money working at Mcdonalds or something. Once you learn how to deal, everything will be good. Look at Justin, that man makes some good money doing this work.

Practice Practice The long part for me is finding out what works, and once you have experience you can skip the whole testing to find what works and just GO!
