Detailed: 2003 Jeep Wrangler

This is a full detail that that was referred to me. The referral came from the 300C customer! Guess I did my job. This Jeep was not bad at all. When I first here "Jeep", I start to panic. This one did have a pretty mildewed top and a rough undercarriage. The inside needed nothing but a vac and wipe down.
Here's what the exterior got....

NXT Car wash

Used my EDGE ShMitt with ease. Jeeps are tough. Lots of crevices and edges to get into. The ShMitt made washing a breeze.

DP Final Polish

(EDGE2K Orange "waffle" pad at a #5.5 setting)
Since all this customer wanted was some protection, I just wanted to remove all surface contaminants and previous wax. I was surprised though to see how well it removed light swirls. My new pad fell great and allowed me to run at a higher speed due to increase ventilation. The paint was left slick and wet.

DP Spray Surface Shield Paint Sealant

(Applied by hand and MF....removed by the same process)
I have always been skeptical about sealants.......especially a spay sealant. Would it give me the same gloss and shine as my other LSP's? It did and it was so easy to apply. It was like I was working with a QD. The sealant gave the clear a wet, deep shine. After sitting for an hour, it really hardened and came to life. The metallics started to shimmer and the depth grew deeper. Better than the results was the ease of use. Spray a panel with one squirt, spread, flip towel, and buff dry. Done. I did this in full sun too. No streaking......even on the glass. This is a keeper for me. Yet another product that exceeds my expectations.

Other products used:

Armor All Tire Foam
(Wheel wells and tires)
Customer wanted a "flat" look so the tires got wiped down after th foam dried.
Woolite 6:1
(Use this on the top. Worked so well accompanied with my Karcher's Turbo Nozzle.)
Woolite 10:1
(Used on all interior plastic and upholstery touch up.)
Stoner's Invisible Glass

Like the wipe-on DP Paint Sealant, does it need 12-24 hour cure without exposure to moisture?

Says you need 12 hours of cure time. It's oxygen activated. The customer took it home due to incoming rain and garaged it.

Thanks Justin. Great consumer/detailer review on the DP spray sealant. Liked the idea that you were able to use it even in the sun. Another great AG product for me to add to my Christmas NEED list....not WANT list. hehe!

Looks awesome!

Question: Do you clay all the vehicles you detail or is that an added service if they want it? Just curious.

It's a case by case system. If it needs it, I will include it in the price. Most do need it though. I charge 25.00 to 50.00 extra for claying depending on size and severity.

I'm at the very top of GA and Valdosta is on the very bottom. I'd say 500+ miles.
