Weekly Washes: Denalli Wednesday!

Here are two of my weekly wash customers. These both recieve the exact same processes.
First up is the 2007 GMC Denalli. This is one of my first customers. She traded her 04 last month for this beauty. These new body styles are so nice. I polished it about 4 weeks ago but she decided she wanted me to go ahead and put another coat of wax on her.
Last is a 2006 GMC Denalli. I went to High School with her and recently aquired her business. I polished this one about 2 months ago and was still swirl-free. She also wanted me to re-wax her ride.
Here is what they both got....

Meguiars NXT Car Wash

(Two Bucket Method to save the black!)

Two coats of DP Max Wax
(Applied and removed by hand about an hour between coats)

Other Products used:
FK1 Protectant
(Dash, leather, and all plastic.)
Woolite 8:1
(Used to clean all plastic and leather. Wiped down with clean, wet MF to remove any soap left)
Armor All Extreme Tire Gel
(Two coats. About 30 minutes between each)
Megs APC 4:1
(Used to remove bugs on front, windshield and mirrors. Also used on tires, wheels, and inner fenders.)
Stoners Invisible Glass
FK1 #425

(Used on LCD screens, instrument cluster, laminated plastic trim, and all exterior glass.)

2006 GMC Denalli

Justin...

Where do you buy the AA tire Gel from ? I just got a container of it from Target this weekend.. it was $5.48 or something close..... Between that and the applicator its a "no-brainer" purchase.... especially for a daily driver...

P.S. Great work man! Always look forward to your posts!!!

I bought 2 bottles 2 months ago from Wal-Mart. Just now finished up my first bottle. I did 32 set of tires with one bottle! Some tire were car sized but I do 75% SUV's. This is the best deal out there. I get two washes outta one application. The key is cleaning the tire well first.

I need some of that Megs APC. I have the Sport bumpers as well on my truck and it's almost impossible to keep that damn thing clean when there are bugs on it.

So mix one part of Megs APC with four parts of water?

Yep.
Destroys the bugs like no other.
2:1 is good good for heavy cleaning. Good on carpets and interior plastic too.
Smells good as well.
