1966 Chevelle drop top!!!!

THis is my buddys car. He is thinking about selling it and wanted me to go ver the paint. I was a little nervous, this is the first SS paint Ive ever worked. I could have used a more aggresive combo, but I was kinda scared. All in all it turned out pretty good. It had some mild oxidation on it and I got rid of that. Its not 100% swirl free, but it looks good and my buddy was thrilled. He even bought me lunch at work that night!!
Here is the process I used:
Two bucket wash w/ Megs GC
Mothers Clay bar
Sonus FX#2 with WG concours polishing pad
Nattys Blue

Love that car! How much does he want for it? This way when I dream about owning it I can be accurate.

Looking good. Did you also do the interior or just the paint? Hopefully he makes a little more money due to the condition of the paint.

Just the paint!! That was the plan, him getting a little more money!
