Re: My TSX after 2 coats of Supernatural

souveran is just as good as any wax.. up against swissvax i couldnt see really any difference.. its all in the prep work .no matter if you spend a grand of a hundred bucks on wax . nice job by the way!!

I think even Acura would have thought the red paint for that TSX could look good! Nice job.

That being said, you're one of the few (maybe the only) poster I've ever seen that, after buying into the hype (as you state it), has actually admitted the expensive wax looks no different then a "cheap" wax.
For example, when I read reviews and look at pics of a car with $1200 (or $100) wax on it I never see a poster admit he spent foolishly. Such posters' reviews are always "This is the best wax ever!".
Then again, I might be hesitant to admit I paid so much for a small tub of wax and admit to having buyer's remorse.
Thanks you.

I actually bought the wax more for testing purposes than anything, though I was hoping to see a significant difference. I like trying out new products that people start buzzing about. I think the problem with high dollar waxes is that I think people fool themselves into thinking they look SOOO much better. Unless you compare it side by side with other waxes, how can one really know the mind is not deceiving you??? I was bummed that I couldn't see a difference but O-well.

I also want to point out that I'm in no way bashing SN, the wax looks great! I just simply don’t think it looks better than most my other waxes, which cost far less.

Yeah, I am also glad you gave a true testimonial. I also agree with the above post. It is all in the prep work.

And this is why I'm still using my Mothers Pure Carnauba and Top Coat waxes. Though I'm hoping to try some DP Max Wax soon along with the sample of the Menzerna Sealer Wax that I have (maybe next week when the rain lets up!
