'02 GMC Envoy (using X3)

This vehicle was a challenge, both inside and out. Typical hard, hard GM clear. I used the same X3/foamed wool combo to remove scratches although a nasty one on the hood got wet sanded. The inside had a stain that was at least 5 years old..out it came with 303 cleaner at 100%. I'm proud of this one!

The Process:

Wheels/Wells/Barrels/Tires:
Wheels and Barrels cleaned with DG wheel cleaner
Wells cleaned with APC
Tires cleaned with ARO
Wheels polished with XMT 360
Wheels sealed with DG 105
Tires treated with DP gel
Wells treated with Adams

Wash:
Bugs pre-treated with DG bug cleaner then bug sponge
2 bucket method
WW mf dry

Headlights:
Compounded with rotary using orange pad and X3
Polished with rotary using DG plastic polish and small blue pad
Sealed with DG 105

Paint:
Clay with Clay Magic blue
Spot wet sanding
Compounded with rotary using purple foamed wool and X3
Polished with rotary using white pad and Menz Micro polish
Cleaned with UDM and blue pad using DG 501
Sealed using DG 601/105 combo
AW after curing time
Note: Plastic bumpers got UDM with black pad and XMT 360 followed by DG 105
Grille was cleaned with same procedure as bumpers
Door jams cleaned with ONR and sealed with AW

Exterior Trim:
Treated with Black Wow

Interior:
Mats were vacuumed, power washed, APC applied, power washed again, vacuumed, treated with Folex where necessary, steam cleaned
Glass cleaned with IG
Plastic treated with 303 Aerospace
Door panels steam cleaned and woolite;water mixture
Carpet was vacuumed completely
Carpet stains were treated with 303 cleaner at 100%, blotted with white terry towel, steam cleaned (Bye, bye sonfabitch 5 year old stain!
Carpeting was all steam cleaned
