this is my step dad's 94 supra. it is twin turbo with a few upgrades that total about 550horsepower. not much just a little extra kick. he wanted me to wash it for him well i could not just wash it. it was loaded with swirls. so i decided to take a few of them out.
PROCESS:
WASH=2 bucket system chennile wash mitt 2oz dawn/1oz wizards super concentrated wash
DRY=leaf blower and s100 drying towel
WINDOWS=sprayway glass cleaner and green mf from home depot
WHEELS&TIRES= clean with meguiars multi piece wheel wash then wheel wax i got at discount tires. used black magic tire wet gel on tires
PAINT CLEANER=s100 shine enhancing cleaner applied with pc and grey pad on speed 3
POLISHED= 3M ultrafina se with dewalt 849 rotary with grey 3M finishing pad 1200-1400rpm. wiped polish residue off with AW and meguairs mf
WAX=souveran paste removed with meguairs mf. then used souveran spray wax with meguairs mf
i know it is not perfect but he only gave me a couple hours and i just wanted to take some of the swirls out. the combo i used took more out then i expected. just wish he would let me have it for a full weekend so i can really make it shine and remove alot more of the swirls
Looks very nice for a "wash", he he. I really love those Supras, wish they still made them.
if you really wish they still sold them this one is for sale. under 41,000 miles automatic. couple upgrades. $30,000. always ran on 100 octane adult owned 2nd owner
