First Show and Shine-Chevy Tahoe

I don't really post much on here I'm more of a lurker and have learned many things from all the veterans here. Anyway this truck was one of my favorite details to date.

One of the cleanest cars I've seen, its an 01 and only has 28,000 miles on it. The owner is very meticulous about his car and only hand washes it, however there was still many swirls because of improper wash/dry techniques, which surprised me because of how hard the paint was. With m105 on purple wool I was able to finish off almost LSP ready, however going over it with 106ff brought the gloss to a whole new level. After these pics were taken I ended up putting on a coat of p21s 100% which really made the flake pop, I wish I had taken some pics but my camera was dead.

I have a foam gun from AG, do I fill the canister up with just soap?

No! Just use two to three ounces oz's of soap and the rest fill with water.

Re: First Show and Shine-Chevy Tahoe

nice shots and commended for using natural light for after pics. So many use a dark garage only and reflections are enhanced. In the final pics reflection is nice, seems to be missing a little gloss which I too noticed using Jetseal. Hit it with Zaino z8, Poorboys Gloss, Four Star Gloss Enhancer, or even Optimum Quickdetailer with Gloss for extra "pow" as wanted or needed.

Little hint, add the water prior to soap. Otherwise canister will fill with foam and not the proper solution which can lead to streaking and overuse of soap. Fill canister with water, add solution, and go. You can move the top dispenser as needed for additional soap/solution. (small peg withholes on top )

I agree, my black car can look almost flawless in my dark garage even when it's dirty. When I snapped the pictures the sun wasn't out so they didn't come out as nice as they couldve. I ended up topping the jetseal with p21s 100% followed by Optimum Instant Detailer and it improved the gloss greatly, unfortunately my camera was dead so I was unable to snap pics before the truck was picked up.
