Talking D2G Detail:1999 BMW M3 w/Fuzion LSP Heavy Pics

Ok well after 2 days of working on this car I'm finally done... so here is the write up and I hope you enjoy.
Oh yeah, BTW I need a rotary!!! This car kicked my butt... not 100%, there were some deep scratches that I could not get out, even after wet-sanding with 2000 grit. I love my flex, but this summer I'm gonna have to suck it up and learn what I fear the most.
Engine:
Rinsed off, the used RL degreaser... let sit for a couple of mins the agitated with a brush. Rinsed and agitated one more time, let dwell for a couple more mins and did a final rinse.
I then used compressed air to blow out excess water.
Did one coat of RL engine dressing... waited a 20-30 mins then followed up w/a coat of CD-2
Rims/Tires/Wells:
Rims were rinsed off, then treated w/Meg's Wheel Brite and agitated with a sponge and rinsed off. They got a QD wipe down and to get in btwn the smaller spokes. And a final coat of AW.
Tires were cleaned w/Awesome APC, agitated w/black schmitt. They got a coat of DP Tire gel, after it cured for hours, I put on a 2nd coat of D2G dressing.
Wells cleaned w/Awesome APC and dressed w/Fade2Black
Wash Process:
Rinsed off and then foamed w/Vroom foam gun. In the bucket I had Wash and Gloss with sponge. After car was washed and rinsed it was foamed up again and clayed w/Riccardo clay. Rinsed, foamed and washed one more time. For drying the car was sprayed down w/QD and dried w/WW drying towels.
Paint Correction:
There were some scratches on the trunk the customer wanted to know if I could get out... so I wet-sanded w/2000 grit, didn't even budge the scratches. Oh well.
I did 1-2 passes of Menz. PG via Flex and LC purple foamed wool pad.
1-2 passes of Menz. SIP via Flex and 5.5-6.5" LC yellow CCS pad
1 pass of System 1 via flex and white 6.5" Cobra flex groove, all were done with speed 6, except last pass of S1 went from 4-6-4.
After all the polishing, I did what I didn't want to do, I drove the car back out of the garage and re-washed it!!!!
Interior:
I took before pics but forgot to take after pics!!!!:dupe:
Vaccuumed out the interior. Did my Meg's APC wipe down, then cleaned the leather w/## leather cleaner+ w/meg's interior brush.
Treated w/## Silk shine and leather got RL leather conditioner... Vents got F2B.
Treated carpet and floor mats w/Lightening:Folex mix and did hot water extraction. Dried and odor neutralizer.
LSP:
Before I applied Fuzion I used Lusso Oro Creme via Flex and a black CCS pad to ensure I had a really clean surface to work with.
I ended up doing two coats of Fuzion... I was going to top Fuzion with Souveran but decided against it!!!
First night I did a coat using body line motions, buffed off. When I came out the next day I did a light QD wipe down to remove the dust. On the 2nd application of Fuzion I did the wax-on motion. Buffed off with a Trop-care plush MF ( I LOVE THESE THINGS)
Others:
Polished out the pipes(No pics:sorry, grill and license plate frame w/Master Formula
All trim dressed w/VRP
Black honey comb grill got F2B
Windows SIG
3M green tape to tape off vehicle

Will show before pics, durings and then the afters!!!

P.S.- Fuzion is a great wax to work with. Give alot of clarity and shine to the vehicle, it lacks the depth of Souveran... but makes up for that in what should be durability. It's also forgiving if you let it set... I let it set for 30mins both applications and was as easy to rub off than a fresh coat of souveran. Little harder if you over apply wax to one certain spot... but we all know THIN IS IN. I don't know when I'll see this car again, found out today it only gets driven 4 times a month or so. I wouldn't rate this better than Souveran just because Souveran is a "Show" was and Fuzion is for lasting protection.

What I was up against:

Impressive results. How easy was the paint to correct? The Fuzion looks very reflective and has a real nice look. I agree with your actions to leave Fuzion alone, is there any way to monitor durability with this vehicle? Also, a sanding block is your friend.

PIA as far as correction goes... i figure I got it 90%. I think I can get another car I did for them once a month, if so I will try and check out the BMW while there... throw some water on it or something.
