Got a chance to use Poorboy's White Diamond w/one of our new Cross Groove pads!

This was the night before Detail Fest...the Vette was looking...dare I say, rough? Meghan can attest to that!

OK so I had to top it off with a wax obviously....and does it get any better than Signature Series II on silver?

Personally this is the wettest looking combo I've seen on silver so far...it's rained really hard the past few days and it is holding up very well. I will keep you all posted on durability in the near future.

Also, this is how the Cross Groove pad looked after doing the entire car.



I was expecting to need two pads....but this one held up very well. The grooves in the pad really helped in keeping the pad cooler, contouring around the sexy curves of the Vette, and best of all, the polish did not get all caked up.

White Diamond was very easy to use...it has a pretty thick consistency and did not separate like most other glazes do. As always, easy on/easy off, and the results speak for themselves.

Can you compare it to CK VM or RMG? I'd like to know what makes it specific for lighter colors cars (if possible) to all the other glazes out there?

I think VM is a little easier to use since it's more watery, but I do like the look of White Diamond more. I don't have any experience with RMG though.

I've used RMG before, and it didn't look like that. Looks like another great addition to the Poorboy's lineup.

Thanks guys...it's definitely a great combo for silver. Normally you can't get that kind of wetness without muting the metallic flake, but this combo definitely shines in both aspects.

Matt, how is the filling effect? Is the product kind of thick? Easy to buff off? What speed did you use the PC at to work it in and did you work in more as a light polish or a paint cleaner? Once it's spread and worked a little, is it good to buff off? Or did you find it needed to be worked in a long time almost until it was disappeared (similar to XMT 360).

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm really close on pulling the trigger for the "Black Hole" show glaze.
I've used VM and RMG in the past for glazes. I can't say I was disappointed nor extremely happy.

I'm looking for something to help fill minor buffing marks and very light marrings that might be on the car before waxing w/ Souveran. I don't want to do a light polish every couple months.

My car did have some very minor swirls here and there just from washing and whatnot the past couple months...White Diamond did take care of them. Not too sure if they were filled or removed (time will tell), but they are gone. The product is pretty thick and does not need to be worked in very long at all. It's not an apply/remove process, but the working time isn't as much as a swirl remover. I pretty much always use my PC on speed 6 unless I'm applying a wax. Hope this helps!
