BMW 530i Stunning Color - Can't Remember The Name

Pardon my memory lapse (I guess age is taking its' toll LOL) for the name of this nice color 530i. The dealer told me and the name took the fast lane exit from my brain!

Anyway, I used System One Polish start-to-finish and the dealer removed some trim mouldings for re-paint because they weren't up to his standards (he is ultra-picky about appearance and maintenance before displaying a car for sale).

After System One, I decided to give the 3M Performance Finish wax a try. Very nice stuff to apply with a pc and too difficult to apply by hand (it seems to have a lot of drag on hand application pads...the pc negates that). The results are on par with Wolfgang Sealant, Optimum, Zaino, and other sealant products...very slick and decent life.

Thanks for the compliment killr: It's been fairly slow at the BMW shop. I only have 3 more late model "quickie" details to do, but I have 2 black private details so that will help. I think the Midwest is waiting for the 1st warm week and all "heck" will break loose.

Maybe after Detail Fest, the pipiline will fill.
