1999 BMW 528i Engine Detail

Hey guys, here to show you my engine detail i did on my dads engine when i was bored... pretty nasty

Process:
rinse
foam gun w/ Meg's Hyperwash
APC 4:1
let sit for 10 min
agitate with brushes
rinse
dry w/ leaf blower and wiped dry with terry cloth towel
dress with Meg's All-Season Dressing
final wipe down to give a "matte" look

That's a very nice detail, I love detailed engines! Keep in mind that there are a lot of sensetive parts/sensors under the hood, especially on german cars. Last time I clean up the engine, even with taking all precautions, and covering alll sensors, I still ended up triggering oil sensor, which needed replacement on gf's BMW.

really, what year/model?

ive done both my 1997 BMW 318i and my dad's 1999 BMW 528i and nothing went wrong without covering anything... of course i only used a light spray with the garden hose
