03 Hellion Turbo Cobra - ZAXJAX Detail

I got the opportunity to detail TRBOVNM's personal ride. It is one sweet looking Cobra with a Hellion turbo kit. It was in good condition, several scratches and trouble spots, but for the most part it was clean.

I rushed taking pics, sorry!

Wash with MG Gold Class

Pinnacle Poly Clay

Meguiar's #83 - orange pad / 5 Only it on several deep scratches and trouble spots

Menzerna SIP - white / 5 Easy on and Off

Menzerna Final Finish - white / 5 It really brought out the metal flake

Optimum Poli-Seal - white / 5 I was real impressed with the shine and glow!












































And what everyone was waiting for, the Hellion!

Nice job mate! Curious as to why Cobra owners switch out their super for a turbo instead of a larger super (2.2l or 2.4l Kenne Bell)?

Looking good, I love FR500 wheels, I whish they fit my car.



You see the grime/splatter on the fender lip here, I have a hard time removing this stuff on my car sometimes. Take alot of scrubbing with a bug sponge. Clay doesnt even work most of the time. Did you get around to getting that stuff off? What did you use?

Just another means of hauling a**. Im not too familiar with the KB blowers, but I know skies the limit when it comes to turbo applications. I know the KB make a sweet whine noise, and they are much more efficient then the magnuson chargers that are available for GMs. But as far as efficiency goes in the grand scheme of things, I think the turbo will usually be on top for FI.

Damn, too many turbo snakes around here lately

As dont stated, turbos are more efficient and have greater power potential. It's personal opinion, because there are some twinscrew cars that haul ass!

I sure did miss the wells! The owner was leaving town was literally packing his other car up and I was rushing. I usually hit the well with Simple Green and dress it but missed it!

Nice work on the cobra Try some Surf City Grime Destroyer on right behind the tires,(hard to remove gunk) seems to work real well.
