Carnauba Wax is inherently hydroscopic when exposed to water; natural wax swells and closes its pores, water beading is caused by the high surface tension inherent in natural wax

Polymers are hydrophobic; its `water sheeting' abilities are due to the anionic surfactants used and the molecular structure of polymers

Chemical can be added to any product to make them either sheet or bead water

I call it Magic 845. It's a mix 60/40 of Collinite 845 and Product X.

HOLY SHEET! (someone had to say it). Seriously though, cool stuff. I am guessing a shop vac or leaf blower and that thing won't have a drop of water left on it.
