I love it, even though it is an "el cheapo" I can't imagine being with out it!
It really is great for doing spot cleaning on carpets, I have also used it on vents, rims, wells and engines..
It has really reduced my usage of APC and degreasers in the engine bay and rims/wells
I saw it at a yard sale, I asked the lady if I could plug it in and when I did it didn't work, she said just take it.
It sat in my storage for a few until I decided to take it apart in an attempt to fix it.. I did so and voila...
