Golf Cart detail....

Had to finish them all up by Noon today, so I finished up around 11:55.

I'll be getting a call to do his other vehicles and motorcycles!

Chris- Congrats on the new client ... looks like a keeper for sure!! The cars, tractor, golf cart, etc. all look great!

One thing about the client though ... don't you think it's a little extreme to sleep with your cars in the garage?

That was my bed...... I wanted to sleep with them. Problem with that? I had to get to know them first before I rubbed all over them. I mean, just look at those curves! LOL

Also, what did you use on the wood and on the John Deere?
I want to know the same thing....
All look awesome!

OK, here are the processes.
"I used Car Brite products, so if you see "CB", that means Car Brite."
I wouldn't say these came out perfect at all, given the time I was given.
If I had more time, I could have easily spent 6-7 hours per vehicle, if not more on a few of them.

All in all, he was satisfied, so I was satisfied at what I had accomplished.

1955 Bel Air Convert.
Interior:
Was amazingly clean. I had to do a quick vac.
-Glass with CB glass cleaner
-Seats cleaned with CB APC, dressed with CB Super Dress it All. (Just like Megs Hyper Dressing)
-Dash was dusted down with Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer
-2 carpet stains treated with Folex

Exterior:
-Wash with QEW
-Rims/Tires with Purple Power(diluted down)
-Dressed with CB Purple Dressing
-Top cleaned with 303 Convertible Top Cleaner
- Paint was decent. CB medium duty polish topped with Collinite #885
-Chrome with Steel Wool #0000 and Mothers Power Metal Polish

1919 Model T: (Wood)
This one took forever

Interior:
-Vinyl seats scrubbed with CB APC, dressed with CB SUper Dress it All
-Glass with CB glass cleaner
That was it for the interior...haha

Exterior:
-Wash with QEW
-Paint with Mequiars #66, orange LC pad w/PC
-Wheel and tires with Purple Power Degreaser
-Tires Dressed with CB Purple Dressing
-Undercarriage hand cleaned with CB APC and dressed with CB Quick Detail Spray
-Wood was mildewed. Cleaned with CB APC, diluted down, with an MF towel. The wood was in surprisingly good condition after it was cleaned, so I topped it with pledge.

Model A Truck:
Interior:
-Vac
-Vinyl floor and panels scrubbed with CB APC and dressed with CB Super Dress it All
-Glass with CB glass cleaner
-Dash with Mequiars Interior Quick Detailer

Exterior:
-Wash w/ QEW
-Wheels/Tire cleaned with Purple Power
-Tires dressed with CB Purple Dressing
-Paint with Megs #66, orange LC pad via PC
-Undercarriage with CB APC and dressed with CB Quick Detail Spray
-Chrome with Steel Wool #0000 with Mothers Power Metal

Dodge Viper:
Interior:
-Vac
-Spot shampoo with folex
-Soaked down and scrubbed all panels and dash with CB APC, including seats
-Glass with CB glass cleaner
-Seats dressed with Mequiars Leather conditioner.
-Interior dressed with CB Quick Detail Spray

Engine:
-Degreased with Purple Power
-Pressure washed off and dressed with CB Super Dress it All

Exterior:
-Wash w/ QEW
-Clay with CB medium clay
-Wheels/Tires with Purple Power
-Tires dressed with CB Purple Dressing
-Paint: Hood with CB medium duty polish, followed with light polish. Rest of car got CB light polish(Crystal Shine), Topped with Collinite #885

Ferrari:

It has been repainted a few times here and there. Some panels were SS paint, and some were BC/CC.

Interior:
-Same method as the viper. The interior doesn't look good for some reason. It was just, I dunno, different?

Exterior:
-Wash with QEW
-Spot clay w/ CB medium clay
-Wheels/Tires with Purple power
-Tires dressed with CB Purple Dressing
-All black trim dressed with CB Quick Detailer Spray
-Glass w/ CB glass cleaner
-Paint w/ Menz. IP, FP II, and FMJ (the paint was too different in too many areas.) It was a PITA to work on.

John Deer Tractor:
-Soaked down with Purple Power Degreaser. Let dwell for a few minutes. Pressure washed off. Did the tires and rims that way as well. A lot of scrubbing on those back tires!
-I then proceeded to wash it with QEW on all the panels I could get
-Tires Dressed with CB Purple Dressing (a lot of it)
-All panels that I could reach, including the rims, were waxed with Collinite #885

Model A:
I used the same process as the other Model A
I did however, spend a little more time on this one.

Golf Cart:
-Tires/Wheels with Purple Power Degreaser
-Washed with CB Car Wash, with a sheepskin mitt.
-Seat, all plastic, and Top scrubbed with CB APC and a no scratch, scotch brite pad.
-Seat dressed with CB Super Dress it All
-All plastic dressed with CB Purple Dressing
-Front plexi-glass cleaned with CB glass cleaner
-Paint with Megs #66
-Tires dressed with CB Purple Dressing

I know I forgot some stuff..
