Menzerna Polishing Compounds of Germany has set new standards for workability, uniformity, performance, and quality. Why else would Mercedes Benz use Menzerna polishes to perfect the finishes on their brand new vehicles?

1999 Orange Corvette Hard Top

I did this car last Wednesday. It's a nice 99 Orange HT Corvette with a Specter Werks Body Kit. It belongs to the wife of a friend of mine. All in all they have 4 Corvettes, including a 2006 Black Z06 I'll be detailing as well
Without further ado here's the process:
I got there in the morning, and the car was clean, but a bit dusty. I did a quick wipe down with my Meguiars Ultimate Detailer, and my Prima Hydro
After that, I used my Prima Swirl to clean up the paint, remove swirls and old wax build-up. I then used my 1Z Einszett Intensive Paste to treat some heavy scuff marks and scratches
Next, I hit it with Pinnacle XMT-360 to add gloss and a layer of protection, and finally, I layed a coat of 1Z Einszett Glanz Wax which is a combination of Polymer and Carnauba Wax made in Germany
The interior (I forgot the after pics) was treated with Meguiars Cleaner and Conditioner on the seats, 1Z Cockpit on dashboard, and vinyl. The rubber I used 1Z Einszett Rubber Protection Gummi Pflege around the doors. Door Jambs, and fender rolls I used Klasse AIO, on the tires; Klasse Rubber, Leather and Plastic Treatment
The wheels I polished with Flitz Metal Polish

One thing I wanted to add in regards to the 1Z Intensive Paste that I use briefly to work the trunk lid is, that it didn't dust at all and showed a loooong working time to the point that it didn't dust during the whole time. Also, I used my LC low-profile orange pads, and it didn't haze the paint like I was thinking. You can definitely feel the little abrasives between your fingers, but they quickly take a paste form. All in all, I'm very pleased with it. Tomorrow, I have a good car to try the whole thing with the Intensive Paste. It's a 2002 NBM Camaro SS. For what the owner told me...it has quite a bit of marring, and swirls so I'll see how the 1Z-IP does tomorrow, and will post the review afterwards...

Car looks very good except for the wheel wells. I don't think I have ever seen a car with an orange and blue color combination.

Wow, some very nice work! Loved the wheels, hated the blue seats!
