Review of the 1Z High Gloss Polish & the 1Z Glanz Wax

I had the opportunity to finally try out these two 1Z Pro Line products. Actually, it was more like wanting to try out 3 1Z products if I included the 1Z Pro Line Intensive Paste which I didn't have to use it on this review, but I will when the next car I'll do calls for it

First the 1Z Pro Line High Gloss Polish:
The Pros:
-I love the bottle and packaging. It has this I-mean-business type look
-It has a light solvent fragance
-The color is like light emerald green, like pistaschio (sp?) kinda
-The texture is nice and creamy and a tad sticky when rubbed with your fingers
-It has more cutting power than I was anticipating, hence not use for the Intensive Paste here
-It has a decent working time
The Cons:
It does dust a bit at the point of breakdown but not too much
You have to work it completely in as any residue of the polish will dry hard on the surface, and hard if you have to remove by hand. It's not a problem once you figure out this product

The 1Z Glanz Wax:
This was kind of new to me as I have never used something like it
-This product comes in a tin can. It looks old-school
-Same type fragance as the 1Z HGP
-The texture: this one caught me off guard. After I've read this instructions, I understood why they suggest a MF applicator to apply. It has a very water like consistency. I don't think you can apply it with a PC. It works better with a MF applicator by hand. It will dry to a haze after some few seconds after initial application, and it covers real nice
The Pros:
-Very easy to use; not too bad to remove
-Nice finish
-Spreads real easy

The Cons:
-Definitely the packaging. It was a bit of turn-off for me. I wished it had a more controlled spout. You can lose a lot of product on a tip over, so keep it capped. Holding the can too tight with your hand may squirt some product out upon sudden release
-Watery: not sure if this is a con, or a pro. To me is a con due to the packaging, but also a pro for its easiness of application, and a it can go a long way. It just depend how you look at it

Now the car that I did was a 35th Anniversary Camaro SS. It's red with only 1500 miles. It has a rear-mounted STS Turbo System
The paint was in good shape, but it had some light car-cover marring
The front nose had a small scuffed line*

The process, this car was under a car-cover, and almost no dust
I started by doing a wipe down with Prima Hydro
Next the 1Z Pro Line High Gloss Polish using an LC low-profile orange pad to work on that scuffed line on the front nose. To my surprise it came right off and I was able to correct most of all the marring on the paint. It reminds me of the PO106FF in that regard

This car was already clean, and with only 1500 miles you wouldn't expect much haziness, or cloudiness on the paint
It did a pretty good job cleaning the paint, correcting defect and added shine

The wheels got some KAIO
Windows got IG

Here are some pics:
Before: but after the Prima Hydro wipe down

I have a hard time taking indoors pics. I always run into this problem. I just need to get better at taking pictures. I really suck!

I have no idea. I think it makes around high 500 to low 600hp at the wheels

While the Einszett Final Polish is not exactly a Menzerna, I do feel it gives Optimum and the SSR twins a serious run for the money. I too like the black bottles and size and feel, very masculine.

What I will tell you as a former Glanz user, it is a pretty durable wax. It looks pretty nice, is easy to use, and lasts alot longer than beauty waxes. Souveran Spray looks delicious over it. It is extremely watery and heavy to regulate, as a little goes a long way.
