| | | Love that interior. Like the stitching on the leather and I'll bet it looks even better in person.
Like those red calipers too. |

Surfer, If I could have got a good deal on an 08 Viper I would have got one. All the dealers I talked to wanted over MSRP. Maybe I'll get one after the newness wares off and I'm able to make a good (I mean great) deal.

Let me know next time you are in the market for a new car... Just about every OEM is a customer of mine and I get supplier discounts...some give me one a year some give me two..some OE's only let me use the discount while others let me give them to friends/family... long story short, give me a holler and I'll see if I can save you some coin. |

He still pulled in the driveway LOL. The little changes they made in 08' are noticeable though, steering feels little tighter and the suspension doesn't seem as jittery and unstable in mid corner bumps.
What about Woodhouse or the other good dealers? Asking over msrp? I haven't called. I was eying green with black stripes, untill I found out its only for like a 2 month production run and I think their all spoken for. And I imagine anybody selling theirs after is going to be asking a premium, damnit. Their doing the runs in odd color sets, not all at once.
Flappy paddles = borring, only car worth it on is the M5 as much as I hate SMG as the manual trans isn't well matched to the V10, car feels like its in el tardo mode with the manual tranny lol. Screw e-gear, manual trans Gallardo rocks!

MotorCity Honda, If the price and color are right I have the cash to buy a new Viper today. If you can get 5-6% off MSRP, please let me know. I would even consider picking it up out of state with my enclosed car trailer. If I can't get a good deal now I'll continue to wait until I can. I'm not in a hurry. I never buy a car unless it's a good deal. I never feel I have to be the 1st to have one. Thanks for the offer.
When I use to work downtown Detroit the company I use to work for did a lot of work for the auto industry. I had a chance to go through the Viper Plant in 1996. |

| | | Did you get a chance to drive the new Viper Gary? I've heard nothing but good things from people that understand the purpose of the car. The whiners that Surfer has mentioned before, of course complain that it's not like a luxury car! |
