2000 Ford Explorer EB - Full Detail - EHUTH1

Here is what I started with around 9am and finished up around 3:30pm. I picked this customer up through Yahoo Local Yellow Pages. It's free to register your biz and provide your phone number and web link << Note "DO THIS, if you already haven't!!"

Anyways I got off work this morning from a 12-hour night shift and basically haven't slept yet, but thats my dilemma, right... I'm going to make this one short and sweet, but I wish I could've spent more time on this one to really perfect the paint. The instructions were to get it ready to trade and do a great job on the inside. So me and my help began......

Wash - APC,SOAP, and Foam Cannon - Scrubbed with Long handle brush
Wheels, Tires, Wheels - Purple Power, Long handle megs brush, and 2500psi
Paint Correction - Menzerna PO106 via PC speed 6 using a orange lo-pro LC
Protection LSP - Pinnacle's Liquid Souveran via PC speed 3 using a grey CCS
Re-Rinse and Dry with DG Aqua Wax
Interior Plastic cleaned with Mild APC and Microfibers
Carpet spot cleaned with Folex and foamed with Woolite and hand scrubbed
Glass Cleaned with MEAN GREEN Glass Cleaner w/Vinegar additive. (WORKS!)
Leather Cleaned with DG Leather Shampoo and Protected with CI V&L Dressin
Tires well.... They would'nt accept any tire shine I threw at them... Made me kind of mad, so they just went back to the customer matte and natural
Spot checked exterior with DG's Rain Repel (Used as QD) Ultimate slickness!!

very VERY nice! Paint looks deep and wet, and the interior looks immaculate. I actually think the tires look great just how they turned out, I like more of a matte finish on "normal" more DD kind of vehicles.

I bet you got them a good deal more for the trade then they would have gotten.
good job man

now go get some rest, you deserve it!

Details on the truck I forgot to include...

117k Miles
Chesnutt Burgundy Metallic - Paint Color
It has been repainted due to body damage...Overspray minimal, but still clayed and razorbladed the windows.
