Kettlebell(KB) deadlifts/KB bent-over rows/KB swings curls, Russian twists on stability ball( SB ), SB hip extension... all done in circuit fashion... for 4 sets... efficient and quick... in and out.
agree with Calendyr, can't tell much about scratches by picture, but 1st picture doesn't look too bad; never used CG products but would be wise to start with the least aggressive compound/pad choice...
I've had the same squeaking using 37 paint coating as well as Opti-coat; good question as I've wondered if I had enough product on applicator or if not... but never had an issue other than noise......
X2 on the wetting of Ceriglass... found myself spraying it about every 10 seconds of buffing with my HF rotary and Rayon 5" pad; works but takes patience. FWIW... I started out using Wolfgang Uber...
Yea, that pretty much covers it... remove whatever dust, etc. has settled on the paint since you last wiped it down. It may be anal of me, but I like to use whatever detail spray, rinseless or...
It definitely looks better than 1st go around. I would be inclined to think the Toyota paint would be on the soft side. It seems the consensus would be to use a foam finishing pad when finishing that...
Looks shiny; can't really see the scratches... but I've gotten scratches out of pretty much the entire length of a Murano ( maybe softer paint ) using UC... with the DA power system - smaller pad and...
With my limited experience and an impossible question to answer with one answer, I'd have to go with paint; I think the particular paint would dictate which technique, tool, pad and abrasive...
Jaretr1, glad to hear you have little paint with that much damage; most likely the jolt you get at times is the meniscus as ligaments don't have much blood supply and pain associated. I have RA and...
Have also seen the DA power system for $15... SO worth the money. I first used it before getting my Griots DA. I use it with a HF angled drill that maxes out at the minimum rpm for the power system...
rotator cuff exercises ( supraspinatus )... followed by Fitter - side to side ( core and shoulder stability work )... weighted stability ball crunches ( with slow extension and up to neutral spine -...
Hey, blackinnova... I can offer my experience, albeit I am not a seasoned expert, but use a rotary and a DA; it's hard to beat the speed a rotary can provide in correction... and it's hard to beat...
not sure of the hard/softness of the Q5, but can you get/try something OTC and mild like Ultimate Polish? only mention it because I've used it for holograms on softer black paint and it works wonders...
The Mustang looks good after correction; ultimate compound is pretty good stuff... have used it on a couple of newer cars to take care of scratches, etc. My first thoughts take me to Mckees 37...
Well said, Klasse... I'd have to agree having seen lesser cars driven by " lesser " drivers cause too many problems/hazards for everyone else on the road. The stories will probably be forthcoming......
Amen to the previous observations; saw an idiot this morning almost lose a charger trying to be cute taking a corner; the challenges will be the drivers' trying to hold it straight, which is probably...
or could use a detailing spray or waterless wash after washing the car to remove water run off and grime... that may eliminate the need to dry either the paint from washing the wheels or the wheels...
