I've been having good results with Citrus at 4:1 for wheels and even the engine of my friend's 03 Accord. I still haven't used Purple because I keep forgetting to get a spray bottle when I'm out.

Based on a quick search you can apply Opti-Coat to a clear bra. Check out this post by Chris from Optimum.
