I just watched the final cut of the How-To on YouTube. It was neat seeing what Yancy came up with after watching the raw footage and behind the scenes shots during the live broadcast.

There's always the option to disable signatures if you go to the Edit Options menu in the User CP. Just uncheck the box that says Show Signatures.

I'm curious as to how poor someone's spelling and grammar has to be before they can't be trusted around detailing. I agree that making such an error as "accerraries" looks bad, but does not knowing...

LOL I guess we think alike. Yeah my way adds an extra cropping step.

Another really crude way that should work with all versions of OS X is to open both photos with Preview and then scale them and put them next to each other so it looks like this:

If you want to do it the MS Paint way, there's a free app called Paintbrush that is basically the same thing as Paint but for Mac OS X.

I think the whole process is pretty neat. I can tell that there's a lot of work and thought put into it but you all make it look easy.

This makes me feel a little better about the detail I did on my car last week. It hadn't been clayed in over six months and I'd never used an iron decontamination...

I've only used it once so far but Poorboy's Super Slick & Suds has a nice apple smell to it. I had no complaints about it's abilities either, but I need to use it more to form a better opinion.

Thanks for sharing this tip. My Nikon D5100 is capable of doing this but I had never thought to do it before. Seems to be a great way to fine-tune the focus.
