    hi everyone.....

    where i can get the M16 thread size for my makita 9227c ?

    difficult finding m16 sizes, anyone knows where to buy m16 backing plate ? thx before

    Are you saying that's a non-US machine so instead of the standard 5/8"-11 thread it's got a metric one? My guess is it's an imperial thread and any of these plates will fit: High Speed Rotary Polisher Backing Plates, circular polisher backing plates, high speed buffer backing plate, dewalt backing plate, makita backing , however, I don't really know for sure.

    Something like this would convert the M16 thread to the standard 5/8-11 thread making it easier to use backing plates sold here and just about everywhere...

    can i replace this Original part spindle with makita original M14 spindle ?

    adapter make polishing pad more higher, its no problem ?
