    Just bought one today; it'll be interesting to compare it against the Flex.

    In hand it looks solid and balanced .. feels tough too.

    Not only does it go down to 600rpm, it also has a slow start.

    I realize that you are Down Under, but is the stated amperage correct?
    US sites state 11A.
