griots 3 inch orange pads

are the griots 3 inch orange pads the same cutting level as lake country orange pads?

I am not familiar with them. Looking at the product description, they keep referring to them as polishing pads. I would guess then they are not a cutting pad like LC.

They are more of a light polishing PAD no cut at all.
